The voice of Tony the Tiger, Thurl Ravenscroft, died Sunday as a result of prostate cancer. "They're GREAT!" Mr. Ravenscroft proclaimed for more than 50 years. Other claims to fame included voiceovers for classics The Jungle Book, Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland and The Lady and the Tramp, as well as Disney World attractions Pirates of the Caribbean, the Enchanted Tiki Room, Splash Mountain, and the Haunted Mansion.
